In November the Delta Talent Development Program had its last module. The program was a leadership program for managers from Europe, Middle East and Africa from Delta Electronics (a Taiwanese company). The program was organized around these themes:
- leadership development of the participants
- the cooperation between different partners from earlier mergers
- intercultural differences
- creating an internationally learning network of managers
The participants valued the over all program with 8,8. We are very proud of this result. It is our ambition to further develop into a company that, also in international markets, knows how to give meaning to ‘New leadership’. Please feel free to contact us for any questions.
